Deliveries include physical goods (e.g., Original artworks, Limited Editions, Art Prints) as well as services (e.g., lectures, courses, workshops \u2013 both online &amp; offline). These terms apply in cases where no other written agreements have been made between the buyer and Drawings by K\u00f8bke.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5dbc13e elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5dbc13e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><h3><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><div><p>Each time you order a product via Drawings by K\u00f8bke\u2019s webshop, we will send you an order confirmation. Once Drawings by K\u00f8bke receives your payment, the order will be processed and subsequently shipped.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div><div><div data-block-type=\"47\"><div><hr \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><h3><strong><br \/>Price and Payment<br \/><\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><div><p>On Drawings by K\u00f8bke\u2019s webshop, you can pay with Visa\/Dankort, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, MobilePay, PayPal, and ViaBill (installment payments). All prices at Drawings by K\u00f8bke include VAT. All my artworks (Limited Editions, Art Prints, and Posters) are custom-made, so the amount is charged immediately upon placing the order. Drawing courses, drawing workshops, and drawing lessons are non-physical products, so the amount is charged immediately upon placing the order.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><h3><strong>Delivery<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><p>Delivery of goods from Drawings by K\u00f8bke is considered completed when the customer has received the item. All orders are shipped via GLS Private Delivery or GLS Parcel Shop unless otherwise agreed separately between buyer and Drawings by K\u00f8bke. Delivery prices depend on the total cart value and range from DKK 50 to DKK 150.<\/p><p>Delivery times vary depending on the type of product ordered. Delivery of Limited Editions, Art Prints, and Posters in standard sizes can take up to 14 days. Delivery of drawing tools and wallpapers can take up to one week. The stated delivery time is indicative and may vary, especially for custom-made Limited Editions, Art Prints, and Posters, but you will always receive the exact delivery time by email shortly after ordering.<\/p><p>The risk for the item passes to the buyer at the time of delivery, either at the delivery address or upon pickup. We recommend keeping the original packaging, as the item should be returned in its original packaging in case of complaints or damages.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div><div data-block-type=\"47\"><div><hr \/><\/div><\/div><div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><h3><strong><br \/>Right of Withdrawal &amp; Refund<br \/><\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><p>Drawings by K\u00f8bke grants a 14-day right of withdrawal. For physical goods, this period starts from the day you receive the item. For services, it starts from the day of purchase. If you wish to withdraw, you must notify Drawings by K\u00f8bke no later than 14 days after receiving the item.<\/p><p>You are obliged to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as received, including packaging and any accessories. You must bear the costs of returning the item. You can withdraw from a purchase by refusing delivery or by returning the item to Drawings by K\u00f8bke (Agerh\u00f8nev\u00e6nget 13, 5270 Odense N). Please email <a href=\"mailto:info@kasperkobke.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-sentry-component=\"A\" data-sentry-source-file=\"a.tsx\">info@kasperkobke.com<\/a> and include your order number (found in your order confirmation). Once the item is received in good condition, the amount will be refunded within 8 banking days to the payment method used.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-block-type=\"47\"><div><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300;\">*Purchases of private drawing lessons (non-physical product) are exempt from the right of withdrawal, whether you purchase 1 session or a package of 5 or 10 sessions. Sessions are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Tickets\/places for an event or course (non-physical products) on a specific date are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless we cancel or reschedule the event. If there is a waiting list and someone takes over your ticket\/place, you can receive a refund minus Billetto fees, webshop payment fees, and a rebooking fee (20% or minimum DKK 400).<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; font-style: inherit; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><hr \/><\/div><\/div><div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><h3><strong><br \/>Complaints<br \/><\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><p>Any defects or deficiencies in products delivered by Drawings by K\u00f8bke must be reported as soon as possible after discovery. It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to specify and, if requested, demonstrate how the defect manifests. Complaints can generally only be made for defects discovered within two years of delivery, provided the customer can prove the defect existed at the time of delivery. For products with limited durability, the complaint period is limited to the durability period stated by Drawings by K\u00f8bke. As a consumer, you may choose whether the product should be repaired or replaced unless it is a custom product that cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, or doing so would impose disproportionate costs on Drawings by K\u00f8bke.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-block-type=\"47\"><div><hr \/><\/div><\/div><div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><h3><strong><br \/>Information on Complaint Options<br \/><\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div><div><div data-block-type=\"2\"><p>If you wish to complain about a product or service purchased from us, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klagel\u00f8sning) at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, DK2500 Valby, Denmark.
