Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all payments and deliveries from Kasper Købke (Drawings by Købke) – both on the webshop and in physical sales. Deliveries include physical goods (e.g., Original artworks, Limited Editions, Art Prints) as well as services (e.g., lectures, courses, workshops – both online & offline). These terms apply in cases where no other written agreements have been made between the buyer and Drawings by Købke.
Payment
Each time you order a product via Drawings by Købke’s webshop, we will send you an order confirmation. Once Drawings by Købke receives your payment, the order will be processed and subsequently shipped.
Price and Payment
On Drawings by Købke’s webshop, you can pay with Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, MobilePay, PayPal, and ViaBill (installment payments). All prices at Drawings by Købke include VAT. All my artworks (Limited Editions, Art Prints, and Posters) are custom-made, so the amount is charged immediately upon placing the order. Drawing courses, drawing workshops, and drawing lessons are non-physical products, so the amount is charged immediately upon placing the order.
Delivery
Delivery of goods from Drawings by Købke is considered completed when the customer has received the item. All orders are shipped via GLS Private Delivery or GLS Parcel Shop unless otherwise agreed separately between buyer and Drawings by Købke. Delivery prices depend on the total cart value and range from DKK 50 to DKK 150.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product ordered. Delivery of Limited Editions, Art Prints, and Posters in standard sizes can take up to 14 days. Delivery of drawing tools and wallpapers can take up to one week. The stated delivery time is indicative and may vary, especially for custom-made Limited Editions, Art Prints, and Posters, but you will always receive the exact delivery time by email shortly after ordering.
The risk for the item passes to the buyer at the time of delivery, either at the delivery address or upon pickup. We recommend keeping the original packaging, as the item should be returned in its original packaging in case of complaints or damages.
Right of Withdrawal & Refund
Drawings by Købke grants a 14-day right of withdrawal. For physical goods, this period starts from the day you receive the item. For services, it starts from the day of purchase. If you wish to withdraw, you must notify Drawings by Købke no later than 14 days after receiving the item.
You are obliged to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as received, including packaging and any accessories. You must bear the costs of returning the item. You can withdraw from a purchase by refusing delivery or by returning the item to Drawings by Købke (Agerhønevænget 13, 5270 Odense N). Please email info@kasperkobke.com and include your order number (found in your order confirmation). Once the item is received in good condition, the amount will be refunded within 8 banking days to the payment method used.
*Purchases of private drawing lessons (non-physical product) are exempt from the right of withdrawal, whether you purchase 1 session or a package of 5 or 10 sessions. Sessions are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Tickets/places for an event or course (non-physical products) on a specific date are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless we cancel or reschedule the event. If there is a waiting list and someone takes over your ticket/place, you can receive a refund minus Billetto fees, webshop payment fees, and a rebooking fee (20% or minimum DKK 400).
Complaints
Any defects or deficiencies in products delivered by Drawings by Købke must be reported as soon as possible after discovery. It is the customer’s responsibility to specify and, if requested, demonstrate how the defect manifests. Complaints can generally only be made for defects discovered within two years of delivery, provided the customer can prove the defect existed at the time of delivery. For products with limited durability, the complaint period is limited to the durability period stated by Drawings by Købke. As a consumer, you may choose whether the product should be repaired or replaced unless it is a custom product that cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, or doing so would impose disproportionate costs on Drawings by Købke.
Information on Complaint Options
If you wish to complain about a product or service purchased from us, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning) at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, DK2500 Valby, Denmark. You can submit a complaint via www.forbrug.dk.

Data Protection
No personal data registered by Drawings by Købke is ever transferred, sold, or made available to third parties without your consent. All information is stored securely and is only used by employees and the owner of Drawings by Købke.
In connection with a purchase, we request your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is used solely for order processing. By purchasing, you consent to your order information being stored in Drawings by Købke’s WooCommerce database hosted on Simply servers. The same order information is used for accounting purposes in Drawings by Købke’s Dinero system, with whom we have a data processing agreement. When purchasing framed Limited Editions, you consent to your order information being used by our framing partner Nyram ApS for shipping the framed Limited Edition to your stated delivery address. For certain non-physical products, the order is processed by our partner Billetto (clearly stated during purchase). You consent to them using your order information to handle your purchase.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your data at any time and to have it corrected, deleted, or to withdraw consent. Contact us at info@kasperkobke.com.
You may optionally subscribe to Kasper Købke’s newsletter to receive news, offers, and other relevant information. You can unsubscribe at any time. Newsletter data is stored securely on Mailchimp’s servers, from where our newsletter is sent.
We use pixel tracking from Google, Facebook, and Mailchimp for marketing purposes.

- Google Fonts: Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts servers, which may involve data transfer to third countries outside the EU.
- Tawk.to: We use Tawk.to as a chat widget for customer support. Personal data such as chat content and technical information may be shared with Tawk.to.
- WooCommerce: We use WooCommerce for order processing and tracking. Data is handled according to our policy and applicable laws
