The drawing is the fairy tale cover for The Steadfast Tin Soldier in Kasper Købke’s award-winning Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale book, which was published in the summer of 2016 in 8 languages. The drawing contains several references to Hans Christian Andersen’s own life, work and contemporaries, so that both children, adults and Hans Christian Andersen experts will be able to get something very special out of this drawing.

Købke has received The Hans Christian Award 2017 and The Numskull Jack Award 2016 for the book, in which the drawing of The Steadfast Tin Soldieris included – and a drawing that you now have the opportunity to buy in a Limited Edition.
