‘Institution’ is Kasper Købke’s hyper-realistic artwork of the Lavuk institution for young disabled people and is located on Østerbro in Copenhagen.

The artwork was created in connection with the theme week ‘Mit Lavuk’.

Here, Købke performed Live Drawing, so that the young people and their families as well as the institution’s employees could follow the completion of the artwork.
During the week, Købke also held drawing workshops for the young people, who thus had the opportunity to make their own works of art. To conclude the theme week, a joint exhibition and vernissage was held.
